Hello Khurram, My family and I just wanted to Thank you and your team for all your efforts with our umrah booking. Your professionalism is to such a high standard and you are sooo patient alhumdulillah! Especially appreciate your support with the way Taiba hotel were ... you tried everything to help! All our transfers were on time and really professional. Bilal, our umrah guide became like a family member by the second umrah and did such a good job in helping with umrah. Mamu is one of a kind and we would never have been able to find our lost luggage without his support Rauf bhai is always on hand and reply's back so quickly. Just wanted to Thank you all as it was a tough challenge to take 5 elderly people with me but with your help I was able to get them through it!
On our trip provided with top service from:hotels recommended and private drivers that were polite, respectful. The vehicles were clean, air conditioned and looked as though they had just come Out of the show room. In particular We would Like To thank our driver Rashid Bhai. Absolute legend whilst he was with us. Brother Khuram and his team were to hand with any issues we had and resolved these very quickly. I have already recommended brother Khuram and East West Travels to my friends and will definitely use them again. Jazakallah for your service and may the almighty reward you for your efforts.
